This monthly one hour workshop, run by the experienced yoga teacher Sue Bradley, is suitable for everyone – beginners to meditation welcome. The workshop focuses on relaxation rather than physical poses and involves Guided Meditation while seated in comfy chairs, as micro-particles of pure salt are aerated into the room.
As you inhale the salt, your respiratory system will benefit from the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of the salt, freeing up the lungs – and all this while you’re having a deep, relaxing rest. They say a few minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to a few hours of quality sleep, it’s restorative as well as rejuvenating.
Interestingly, ATS (American Thoracic Society) recently reported that yoga can improve quality of life in patients with asthma and COPD – great news for Salt Space customers. 😉
